2. Data We Collect

When you submit a contact or enquiry form on our website, we collect:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Any additional information you provide in the message field

We do not collect data automatically beyond what is described in the Cookies section below.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to messages sent to us, and, where a contract is being negotiated, the performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a reply. Without it we cannot respond to your enquiry.

4. Retention

We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for up to 3 years thereafter for the purposes of potential claims, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Recipients

Your data may be processed by the following third-party service providers acting as data processors on our behalf:

Resend (resend.com) — email delivery service used to forward form submissions to us
Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — website hosting and infrastructure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following technologies that may place cookies or collect data:

Google Maps embed — on the Contact section; Google may set cookies and log your IP address. Loaded only after you accept cookies.
Cloudflare — may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm)

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other marketing/advertising trackers.

You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect certain features (e.g. the Google Maps embed).

7. International Transfers

Some of our processors (Resend, Cloudflare) are based in or transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, or — where applicable — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). You may request a copy of the applicable safeguards by contacting us at the address below.
